Anonymous I thought it was quite good. Stayed al dente and didn't get foamy and sticky like some gluten free pastas. Nice texture and held the sauce well. I am glad I found it.

Krista Murphy This pasta has become a staple in our home. The kids love it (huge win for passing the picky eater test) and we feel great knowing that we're providing a complete meal with protein, fibre and no filler. None of us are gluten-free, but you'd never guess this pasta IS gluten-free based on the taste, texture and ability to hold up with any sauce it's paired with. Cannot stop sharing this secret gem of a pasta with everyone I know. A must try!
